ENHANCE COMMUNITIES WITH ACTION, ADVOCACY, AND AWARENESS
Community and school building through enrichment, focused on social health and emotional wellness. Assistance to families with resources and information and strategies to use at home to manage children's behavior. Encouragement and information to children, adolescents, and young adults in a relationship building approach. General support to school climate initiatives. Temporary assistance to adolescents transitioning from psychiatric care or juvenile justice programs. This fills the gap in the health care and educational industries because there is a lag time in receiving support from community providers and there are limited resources in public schools. Transition services to young people who age out of the foster care system .
